Oakland Raiders guard Richie Incognito spent his two-game suspension back home in Arizona around family and friends as he worked out and prepared for his return, he said Wednesday.
"For me and my family it's been a long trip for me to get back here," the oft-troubled left guard, who signed one-year, prove-it deal with Oakland in May after taking the 2018 season off, said on Wednesday. "To go through spring and then training camp with these guys and then go sit on the bench and watch them, it gives you a different perspective.
