ALAMEDA, Calif. -- Continuity is a good thing ... albeit when things are going well, right?
So Mike Tice returning to the Oakland Raiders as their offensive line coach, as initially reported by ESPN NFL Insider Adam Caplan is, yes, a good thing. Especially with how well the O-line, which had three Pro Bowlers in left tackle Donald Penn, left guard Kelechi Osemele and center Rodney Hudson, played this past season.
Throw in right guard Gabe Jackson and right tackles Austin Howard and Menelik Watson, not to mention extra linemen Vadal Alexander, Jon Feliciano and Denver Kirkland, and the Raiders gave up the fewest sacks in the league with 18, according to Pro Football Focus.
