MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. — Raiders receiver Johnny Holton hasn’t had many opportunities to stand out in games this season, but he has made the most of them.
Holton caught his second pass of the year, a 44-yard touchdown from Derek Carr, with 3:35 left in the first half against the Dolphins on Sunday night. Holton’s first catch of the season also went for a long touchdown — 64 yards against the Broncos in Week 4.
This one might have been especially meaningful for the second-year receiver from the University of Cincinnati: Holton is a Miami native.
