On Monday Jan 16, 2018 the Raiders broke ground to start the foundation of their new headquarters and training facility in Henderson, Nevada. The Raiders headquarters is located across from the Henderson Executive airport just under 15 miles south from the destination that the Las Vegas Stadium is currently being built.

The facility will compose of three outdoor practice fields, one and a half indoor fields, weight room, pools and rehab facilities. The complex will cover 300,000 square feet on their 50 plus acre site.
