When Raiders owner Mark Davis said “all options are open” regarding a home site for the 2019 season, he wasn’t kidding.
According to CBS Sports NFL insider Jay Glazer Sunday morning,the Raiders and the NFL have discussed the possibility of playing next season with London as their home site.
The Raiders currently don’t have a lease deal to play in 2019 as they await the scheduled opening of their new stadium in Las Vegas in 2020.
They are already scheduled to play a “home” game in either London or Mexico City.
After being sued (along with the NFL) for anti-trust violations by the City of Oakland over their move to Las Vegas, the Raiders rescinded a lease deal to play a last season at the Coliseum.
