Practice squad additions usually don’t move the radar at all, but a Raiders’ transaction Tuesday should get some national attention.

Among their moves was to add former Oklahoma State cornerback Kemah Siverand to the practice squad.

We have signed LB James Onwualu and DB Kemah Siverand to the practice squad.
