Raiders continue front office shakeup by adding another major executive

Since John Spytek joined the Las Vegas Raiders as the new general manager in January, the front office has seen a massive shift in personnel.

In just the weeks after the draft, the Raiders have hired Brian Stark as assistant general manager to replace Champ Kelly, Johnathon Stigall as assistant director of college scouting and Anthony Patch as senior personnel executive. Even before that, they had already hired Mark Thewes as the new senior vice president of football operations and strategy. Spytek clearly has a vision of how he wants to run the team from a front office perspective, and he has been hard at work surrounding himself with people who can best implement it.
