Raiders claim guard Jordan Roos off waivers

And we thought Jon Gruden liked tight ends.

On the surface, the Raiderswaiver claim of guard Jordan Roos on Monday is a minor transaction just before training camp. But in the big picture, it continues is a 2020 offseason trend — the Raiders found themselves another guard.

Roos, claimed Monday from Seattle, is the fourth guard the Raiders secured this offseason.

They added free agent Eric Kush in free agency, re-signed Denzelle Good (who can also play tackle) and Jordan Devey (who can also play center) in free agency and traded up to draft John Simpson in the fourth round.
