It’s off to the desert for the Raiders, where there may be a dry heat, but the air is not filled with smoke. That smoke, of course, is from the Northern California fires which, had the game been in Oakland this weekend, probably would have had to be rescheduled. As it stands they were forced to practice the past two days indoors.
This isn’t expected to be a great game. Their combined record is 3-16, making this one the battle for draft position. The Raiders face the team they gifted the tenth overall pick to so they could select Josh Rosen.
