In a game mostly dominated by each team’s defense, in the end it was the offenses that made it interesting. It was a 6-3 game in favor of the Bears in the third quarter. The Eagles scored the game’s first touchdown and the game was 10-9 early in the fourth.
Midway through the fourth, the Bears took back the lead by finding the end zone for the first time on a 22-yard touchdown pass from Mitch Trubisky to Allen Robinson. But the 2-point conversion attempt failed and the score remained 15-10.
With under five minutes left, the Eagles went on a long drive.
