The Oakland Raiders have been very active since the start of the 2019 NFL league year, bringing in quality players on both sides of the ball. During Jon Gruden’s first season back on the sidelines as the head coach of the Silver and Black, the team went 4-12, as they suffered through one of the worst seasons in team history.
Looking ahead, those four-win seasons should be long gone, as they have added the kind of talent that could make them a sleeper to get to the playoffs this upcoming season. They have reached the playoffs only once since 2002, though the team lost in the Wild Card round due to the fact they had Connor Cook starting at quarterback over the injured Derek Carr.
