Oakland Raiders football is officially back as the team hit the field for their first preseason game of the year against the Detroit Lions. It wasn’t a fascinating game, but Oakland was able to start the preseason off on a good note with a 16-10 victory.
There isn’t always a ton you can get from the first preseason game given how little the starters play. Despite that, there were a few nice flashes from players along with some things that could use improvements.
Oakland has so many new faces on the roster this season, including a brand new coaching staff, so the Coliseum was definitely rocking on Friday night.
