Rivera brings a unique skillset as a pass catcher. He caught four touchdown passes in each his first two seasons. Rivera is not an ideal blocker at the position, but he fits modern NFL offenses that split out tight ends into the slot. His combination of size and speed could become an asset for a NFL team that carves him out a role.
