With the 2017 NFL Draft now in the books, it’s time for the sportsbooks in Las Vegas to get rolling with the betting lines for the upcoming season. The first action is courtesy of South Point Las Vegas, who released their Over/Under win totals for every team. Based on their record in 2016, their o/u for the Oakland Raiders seems a little low.
Following a 12-4 season in 2016, South Point has the Raiders over/under set at 9.5 for the 2017 season. Simply put, if you bet the over and the Raiders win 10 games, you win.
So even if the Raiders regress by two wins in 2017, it’s still a winning bet in Vegas.
