The hits keep on coming for the Oakland Raiders. Down to their third-string quarterback following injuries to Derek Carr and Matt McGloin, the team will also be without left tackle Donand Penn for Saturday’s Wild Card game against the Houston Texans.
Penn injured his knee in the Week 17 loss to the Denver Broncos, and missed practice throughout the week. He was listed as questionable throughout the week, but thanks to his proven durability, many expected Penn to be able to go.
This will be the first missed game for Penn in 10 seasons. Since that time, Penn has played in 160 consecutive games.
