The first groups of NFL prospects start reporting to Indianapolis for the scouting combine Tuesday, starting with special teamers, running backs and offensive linemen. Each day another group of players arrive and start the process while the group that arrived the previous day will move onto the next phase. It will go like this:
- Day 1: Arrival, registration, hospital pre-exam and X-rays, overflow testing, orientation, interviews.
- Day 2: Measurements/weigh-in, medical examinations, overflow testing, interviews
- Day 3: Psychological testing, NFLPA meeting, media, bench press, interviews
- Day 4: On-field workout, departure
Wednesday begins head coach and GM press conferences, including Jon Gruden who will speak at 6:00 am Pacific (9:00 am ET) on Wednesday and Mike Mayock who will speak at 6:00 am Pacific (9:00 am ET) on Thursday.
