New Raiders receiver pleads guilty to driving 100 mph — he could’ve paid the fine in pennies

Raiders wide receiver Antonio Brown slowed down enough Tuesday to resolve his speeding case.

Brown, traded from the Pittsburgh Steelers to the Raiders in March, was clocked in excess of 100 mph in a 45-mph zone just outside of Pittsburgh in November, according to TMZ Sports.

Brown blew off his February court date at which point he was found guilty of reckless driving and fined more than $700, Sports Illustrated reported.

Brown, who ranks second in Steelers history in catches, receiving yards and touchdown catches, appealed the case and on Tuesday pleaded to a lesser charge — driving at unsafe speeds, per SI — at the Allegheny County Courthouse.
