Having an x-factor helps achieve that goal as well, and Las Vegas may have one in the form of all-purpose player Lynn Bowden Jr. The third-round pick out of Kentucky saw snaps at multiple positions during his three seasons with the Wildcats, and that experience could translate into making the Raiders more dangerous on offense.
