For the seventh season in a row, the Las Vegas Raiders will roll into the season with Derek Carr as their starting quarterback. Carr is not widely considered an elite fantasy option, as he only has 40 touchdown passes across the last two season, but the 2020 campaign has the potential to be a completely different story.
In 2015 and 2016, Carr threw for 60 touchdowns across those two seasons, and the hope is that he can be closer to the 30-touchdown mark in 2020. Entering his third season in Jon Gruden's offense, the expectation is that Carr will continue to put up solid statistics, as he finished second to only Drew Brees in terms of completion percentage last season.
