On Sunday the aklan Raiers played the New York Jets, and that's not a typo. The "O" and "D" is missing because there was no offense or defense in the Raiders 34-3 loss. It was a disappointing game for a Raiders team looking to make the playoffs this season.
The game plan was to respect the Jets stout run defense while exploiting the mismatches in the secondary, and frankly the calls and throws were there. However, the team's inability to catch and the Raiders one-dimensional attack proved to be costly for the Silver and Black in this one.
