OAKLAND — Before the Raiders relocate to Las Vegas, rapper Ice Cube, the self-proclaimed president of Raider Nation, says the teams owes a little something to its Bay Area home.
“I think the Raiders owe Oakland a Super Bowl championship before they leave,” Ice Cube said on an appearance on ESPN’s First Take, filmed live in Oakland at the Lake Chalet Seafood Bar & Grill.
Ice Cube is disappointed not only by the fact the Raiders are leaving Oakland, but where they are moving to.
“I was sad they wasn’t coming to L.A.,” the Los Angeles native said.
