When Patrick Graham was hired as the Las Vegas Raiders’ defensive coordinator last offseason, many fans were excited because Graham is a highly regarded defensive mind throughout the league. Part of the reason he got that label is during his first season as the New York Giants’ coordinator (2020), the team’s defense went from ranking 30th in points allowed the year before to ninth.
Unfortunately, Graham wasn’t able to find the same first-year magic in Las Vegas as the Raiders were 26th in the league defensively in 2022.
