Call it less than a coincidence, but the day after Donald Penn took a pay cut from the Raiders, he returned to practice, coming off the Physically Unable to Perform list. And according to media in attendance, he is lining up at right tackle.
It's just warmups on the side field, but Donald Penn is working at RT with Kolton Miller at LT.
