Carl Nassib now has his defining moment in the NFL immortalized at the Smithsonian National Museum of American History.
On Wednesday, the NFL posted on X that Nassib has his Las Vegas Raiders No. 94 jersey from the team’s game against the Baltimore Ravens on Sept. 13, 2021 on display at the Smithsonian. The jersey has been on exhibit since May 21.

The game marks a historic milestone in Nassib’s career and the NFL, as it was the first game Nassib played after coming out as gay in an Instagram video in June of that year.
