Everything old is new again. Jerry Porter taking shots at Jon Gruden, for instance.
When TMZ approached Porter recently — an aside: how does TMZ dig these people up? — the subject of Antonio Brown’s trade to the Raiders came up. Porter, who played eight of his nine NFL seasons with the Raiders, said that as a veteran, Brown should get along swimmingly with Gruden. It’s rookies who should beware.
Porter knows whereof he speaks. He was was a rookie under Gruden in 2000.
“Rookies, young guys — he leans on them,” Porter said. “It’s nothing they’ve ever seen before.
