CJ Anderson’s time as a Raider is already over as injuries force team to add two offensive linemen

It was less than a week ago the Raiders announced they had signed Vallejo native and Cal grad CJ Anderson. Now, just like that, poof, he’s gone. Anderson was insurance in case Doug Martin couldn’t go. Martin went. Anderson was inactive. And now he has waived been waived.

Along with Anderson’s release, the team placed offensive lineman Jon Feliciano on injured reserve.

Feliciano was the team’s utility interior offensive lineman, backing up both guard spots as well as the center position.

In order to fill his shoes, and perhaps left guard Kelechi Osemele’s as well — for whom Feliciano was filling in Sunday — the team brought back two offensive linemen who were with them in camp.
