Derek Carr needs a new travel agent.
Last year Carr — and the Raiders — visited London for an NFL game against the Seattle Seahawks. It did not go well. Carr was sacked eight times (two were negated by penalties). The last, early in the fourth quarter, drove Carr to the sideline with a left arm injury. Final score: Seattle 27, Oakland 3.
Carr and the Raiders are in London once again as we speak — for an NFL game against the Chicago Bears. Whereas the Raiders were reeling at 1-4 last October when they met the Seahawks, they appear to have a bit of momentum after their Week 4 road win over Indianapolis.
