Brock Bowers reacts to being named best tight end in the NFL

Last week, Brock Bowers accomplished a feat that no other rookie had done in the history of the NFL.

On ESPN’s top ten lists for the best players at each position, no rookie has ever been at the top of any list. That changed this year with the tight ends, as Bowers barely beat out George Kittle of the San Francisco 49ers for the top spot.

“Great person, hard worker, instinctive, great hands, matchup problem due to his speed and athleticism with elite [run after catch] ability,” an anonymous NFC executive said, per ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler.

However, Bowers does not appear to be resting on his laurels, instead hoping to build on his stellar rookie season.
