The disappointing season for the Las Vegas Raiders has resulted in a scene that is all too familiar for the Silver and Black.
On Monday, the Raiders made the decision to fire head coach Pete Carroll after only one season with the team.
Carroll will finish his tenure with the Raiders going 3-14 all-time at the helm.
When Carroll was hired last January to replace Antonio Pierce, the Raiders believed they were getting a winner. Carroll had built cultures of success at both the University of Southern California and the Seattle Seahawks, winning championships and establish a competitive spirit.
