For decades, the Raiders have found themselves on the wrong side of history when it came to NFL Drafts, player acquisitions, and overall production in general. Not since the days of the late 1990's and early 2000's have we seen multiple years of a product on the field that fans were eager for and looked forward to.
Jon Gruden's first tenure with the franchise brought a lot of winning, and now that he's back for a second round, he and Mike Mayock seem to be constructing a team that will hopefully give fans that excitement each year once again, albeit it being in Las Vegas instead of Oakland.
