The 2024 third-round pick has gotten praise from the new regime. He represented himself well as he started the final 15 games. He will likely be the start to begin the 2025 season. If he can adjust well to the new offense and even make strides, Glaze will do himself favors. The Raiders drafted tackles Caleb Rogers and Charles Grant in the third round this year.
