This is a crucial offseason for the Las Vegas Raiders, as they will need to make some big changes to end the team’s four-year playoff drought. The team is entering year four of the Jon Gruden era, and year three under GM Mike Mayock, and there needs to be some success for both men to justify holding on to their jobs.
