NBC Sports Bay Area NFL reporters Scott Bair and Matt Maiocco spent last week in Mobile, Alabama, where they began compiling opinions, projections and observations about the 2019 draft. They collaborated on their first mock draft ahead of the selection meeting, which kicks off Thursday, Aprill 25.
