The latest Oakland Raiders rumors are headlined around the Raiders star LB Khalil Mack. Raiders DC Paul Guenther stated that he believes Khalil Mack is behind on the playbook. Mack has been skipping voluntary workouts this offseason. This will soon change since attendance will be mandatory beginning on Tuesday.
