Tennessee guard Zakai Zeigler is appealing the denial of his motion for a preliminary injunction.
Zeigler, who has played 138 career games in 4 seasons at Tennessee, is trying to force the NCAA to give him one additional season of eligibility. His argument is the rule is “an unlawful restraint of trade under federal and state antirust laws.”
