LEXINGTON – For the seventh time in 11 seasons at Kentucky, John Calipari will coach the No. 1 team in the nation.
When the new Associated Press top 25 poll is released Monday, Kentucky will ascend from No. 2 to the top spot in the ranking thanks to its win over No. 1 Michigan State in the season opener and its blowout of Eastern Kentucky Friday.
