The Kentucky Basketball roster for the 2019-2020 season has pretty much been set for the last few weeks, but there was at least one more piece floating out there the Wildcats hoped to grab to solidify the roster even further.
As it turns out, that piece was N’Faly Dante, one of the top big men in the 2020 class who announced yesterday that he was reclassifying to 2019 and opted to head to Eugene, Oregon to play college basketball next season.
Kentucky viewed Dante as a player that could develop as the season goes, provide solid depth for a frontcourt that should be productive but lacks a little depth, and be a high-level shot blocker and rebounder.
