Kerry Blackshear Jr. is on campus and now the BBN waits to see if he will make a decision before leaving campus or return home to contemplate where he will play next season.
Blackshear is the Virginia Tech grad transfer that tested the NBA waters but ultimately decided to return to college coming off of a stellar season for the Hokies, in which he averaged nearly 15 points and 7.5 rebounds on a VA Tech squad that went to the Sweet 16 and nearly eliminated Duke.
Blackshear would immediately come in and likely start for the Wildcats, creating the most experienced frontcourt in the John Calipari era at Kentucky alongside fellow grad transfer Nate Sestina, junior Nick Richards and sophomore EJ Montgomery.
