With a 50 point second half, the Kentucky Wildcats came away with a big win in Baton Rouge last night with a 79-76 win over the LSU Tigers, moving the Cats to 21-5 on the season and a league-best 11-2 in SEC play, expanding their lead in the SEC standings.
The Cats shot 50 percent from beyond the arc, which included shooting 7-8 in the second half and 17-23 from the field in the second half as well to defeat the Tigers.
The win gives Kentucky a 1.5 game lead over Auburn in the SEC standings and a 2-game lead over LSU.
