Weird world keeps getting weirder. The Big East just became the latest conference to cancel its tournament over the coronavirus outbreak. The news broke during halftime of the St. John’s vs. Creighton game, leaving Johnny Thunderbird, the St. John’s mascot, sad in the stands. We are all Johnny Thunderbird right now.

The SEC has also suspended regular season competition for teams in all sports on SEC campuses, as well SEC championship events, until March 30.
