Former Kentucky football star Tim Couch was elected to the College Football Hall of Fame on Monday.
Today, Couch met with the local media for a press conference at UK.
“I would have been in it, probably halfway through my freshman season,” Couch said when asked about the current state of college football and the NCAA transfer portal.
