Mark Stoops and two of his former players, Josh Allen and Lonnie Johnson Jr., hopped on a teleconference with host Tom Hart to reminisce on the old days (two years ago) at Kentucky. Allen and Johnson were on Stoops’ Citrus Bowl-winning team in Lexington, and now they’re AFC South rivals in Jacksonville and Houston. (Titan Up.)
The topic of staying in shape came up first as the guys began the conversation with what they’re doing at home. Allen has a home gym (of course he does) that is keeping him in shape each day, while Johnson made one in his garage and does work with a football-specific trainer.
