It’s hard to believe it’s been almost two months since Kentucky’s postseason came to an abrupt halt. Yesterday, the SEC Network released a feature on the Cats’ final day together, starting with the moment they found out the SEC Tournament was canceled to their impromptu pickup game together back in Lexington.
There may not be footage of that pickup game, but Nate Sestina and John Calipari described the energy and emotions in the gym as the players prepared to say goodbye.
And now we have an entire new team. Surreal.
