Associate head coach Vince Marrow said on Kentucky Sports Radio this morning that there’s a very strong possibility that Florida State transfer Xavier Peters is eligible immediately at Kentucky.
“I think it’s a very, very, very, very strong possibility he will be [eligible],” Marrow said on KSR.

As a grad transfer, there’s no question Smith will be eligible immediately. During an appearance on Kentucky Sports Radio Friday, UK associate head coach Vince Marrow said he believes there’s a strong chance that Peters will be as well. “I think it’s a very, very, very, very strong possibility he will be [eligible],” said Marrow, who believes Peters will receive a waiver from the NCAA after transferring to Kentucky in order to be closer to his son.
