Fardaws Aimaq is one of the hottest names in the transfer portal right now and Kentucky continues to make his shortlist.
On Wednesday morning, Jeff Borzello of ESPN reported that Aimaq, who was a two-time First-Team All-WAC selection and two-time WAC Defensive Player of the Year at Utah Valley, has “been focused” on nine schools: Kentucky, Gonzaga, Texas Tech, Washington, Houston, Arkansas, Iowa, Arizona, and Texas. The Wildcats were among the first programs to reach out to Aimaq when he initially put his name in the portal back on March 18.
