First, UofL had four illegal substitutions against Alabama. Not great, Bob! But then you find out why it happened and it’s completely inexcusable. UofL has a personnel group and a formation that was the same phrase. So, when UofL would call out the formation, some players thought it was their call to enter the game. Classic!
If I was a Louisville fan this would really worry me. You have a month of fall camp to prepare. The coaching staff never once realized during practice that they had a personnel grouping with the same name as a formation?
