Kentucky will play a football game at Kroger Field for the first time in over a month. It will occur on one of the busiest sports weeks on the calendar in Lexington. Many will be partaking in the Keeneland-Kentucky football double-dip. When patrons finally make their way into the stadium, they will see the Wildcats wearing a popular uniform combo.
The Cats will be rocking chrome domes with blue jerseys and blue pants against No. 21 Texas.
UK rocked this same jersey combination for an October double-dip just last year. The Cats dropped a 24-10 game to Auburn in a game where the Tigers rushed for over 300 yards.
