Matthew Mitchell and company are laying the groundwork early for one of the nation’s fastest-rising recruits.
On Wednesday, Alexis Hess, a 6-foot guard from Fleetwood, PA, announced on social media that she has received a scholarship offer from the Kentucky Women’s Basketball team.

Despite the fact that Hess just finished up her freshman year at Fleetwood High School, she’s been hauling in offers from a handful of high-profile schools and the ‘Cats are the latest to join the club.
