Two high school regional games end in exciting fashion

Ethan Eilerman hit a three-pointer with two seconds left to force overtime, Carson Schirmer made four free throws to ice the game, and Bishop Brossart fought back to knock off Robertson County 58-54 in overtime in the 10th Region quarterfinals. Bishop Brossart trailed almost the entire contest, but Robertson County’s Justin Becker twice missed the front end of the bonus to give the Mustangs a chance. Becker did steady himself and made two free throws to stretch the Black Devil’s lead to three. Eilerman was able to get off the game-tying three-pointer even though Robertson County still had a foul to give.
