Duke freshman point guard Tre Jones has announced he will come back and play college basketball again.
Adam Zagoria thinks that could play a domino effect on a top point guard recruit that could be reclassifying into the 2019 class.
The 6-foot-5 (RJ) Hampton out of Little Elm, Texas is considering Duke among his top four schools and wants to have the ball in his hands immediately with his new team. If he reclassifies to 2019, still a strong possibility, that won’t happen at Duke, unless Jones slides over to the two.
The other three schools currently on Hampton’s list are Kentucky, Kansas and Memphis.
